If you acquired your Lead Finder license from Cresset or its authorised business partner, please contact Cresset or its authorised business partner where you purchased your Lead Finder license.

Customers who acquired Lead Finder licenses and maintenance plans prior to April 20, 2016:
We provide technical support by telephone and e-mail to customers in possession of a valid annual maintenance plan. Maintenance for the first year is included into perpetual license purchase. No support, except for critical bugfixes, is provided to customers without a valid maintenance plan. We appreciate customer loyalty and will always treat our loyal long-term partners with priority. This technical support policy reflects our objective.
To contact technical support by e-mail, fill out the form below or send an e-mail to email@example.com. It is very important that you include your maintenance plan number. If you don't know your maintenance plan number, invoke Lead Finder with the "-h" option to obtain it.
